Sharp will launch the Aquos SH-01D within the Japanese market via NTT DoCoMo. The smartphone includes a 4.5-inch glasses-free three dimensional display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, a 1GB of RAM, an excellent 12.1MP rear-facing camera, a front-facing camera, a sd card slot and also the Android Os Gingerbread 2.3 OS.
